Robert C. Randall & Alice O'Leary are the co-founders of ACT, Alliance
for Cannabis Therapeutics, the first non-profit organization dedicated to reforming the
laws prohibiting medical marijuana use. In Marijuana Rx the couple recounts
"three decades of personal experiences that energize their activism." (Library
Journal, Feb. 1, 1999). Their adventure began in 1976 when Robert
became the first American to gain legal access to marijuana for medical purposes. |
